Hi there! I was told by my obstetrician yesterday that I need to register my unborn child to daycare on the Place 0-5 website.
I tried doing it, but the website asked for my unborn child's full name, which we don't know yet. Is it okay if I put one name and then change it later? I don't even know the sex of my child yet.

Throughout the series, there's been Easter Eggs bringing up 'There's no place like 127.0.0.1', which translates into 'There's no place like home'. We saw that last week in episode 3.5, the sign taped to the back of the door when Lydia bursts in on Angela, and there were two red slippers on the sign also. Why the Wizard of Oz reference? It got me thinking, our characters are all on some journey to get back home, to escape this horrible reality they've landed in. Face it, are any of the characters happy? They all seem pretty miserable to me. All Angela/Elliot/Darlene want to do is rewind, to go back to happier times, before their parents died b/c of the WTP, before Darlene was abused by her mom, before 5/9 wrecked the world and caused so much pain. Just like when Dorothy blacked out after getting hit by that tornado, maybe Elliot blacked out after falling out of that window, and then they entered this universe that isn't so happy at all. Is Whiterose the Wizard of Oz, promising them a better life (by undoing everything and starting over), is Minister Zhi Zhang the man behind the curtain (the puppet master), is Mr. Robot the Wicked Witch, is the DA a version of the witch's flying monkeys?? It seems our main characters just want to reverse all the bad stuff that has happened to them, starting when they were kids, they just want to go back home before all this shit went down.

Base station 2.0 place to purchase?

I've just gotten the headset from a friend, and one of the base stations has the red light. The base station is not under warranty, and wherever i look its scalpers with 400 dollar prices. Is there a place to buy base stations?
Top Comment: either from steam (htc v2 base station is made by valve, and valve sells them as index base stations), htc directly, htc's store on amazon, pimax (they resell valve index base stations)... or a scalper. those i listed are the only official sellers.

Top Comment: Rocky Desert. This place: https://imgur.com/a/DYl5XIf Why? You have plenty of pure nodes around, iron, copper, bauxite, oil, caterium and so on. And you can avoid trucks and trains early on and just use belts and pipes.

All my 3.0 theories in one place

I've finished the main quest. might change some things or make a second post after doing the sidequests and wandering around some more. these aren't really in any particular order I just want to get my thoughts down while they're fresh. LONNGGG post incoming
- Amphoreus is a simulation of some sort. Unsure whether its a whole new world or a replica of something past. Evidence:
- the 'black tide' looks like computer corruption the way its all pixelated. Likewise it 'corrupts' things that touch it like Nikador
- the Nymphs we find everywhere use computer text emotes when they fade, and also they're all quite literally 'bugs', which i think might be foreshadowing via pun which is kinda funny and also made me go 'OHHHH' when I realized. This one's debatable tho since the nymphs also seem tied to Aglaea but I think she knows more than she lets on anyway
- A VR simulation made using memoria does feel like a perfect combination of Erudition and Remembrance
- Elysian realm HI3
- Cyrene was involved in Amphoreus's creation, likely to save the people in her village or homeworld from whatever attacked them. She did not survive to see it except as Mem (likely her scattered memories) and March (possibly her body).
- We see her in Phainon's flashback, presumably in Aedes Elysiae (which just translates to House or Palace of Elysium). Per the book we get, no ones ever heard of that town.
- Also in the flashback, she speaks of 'going to play with the fairies'. Mem sure looks like a fairy, and the Amphoreus natives say theyve never seen anything like it
- Oronyx calls for 'mother' specifically when we use March's camera, and then we meet Mem shortly after
- Related to the above, despite being simulated, Amphoreus is not strictly a memory. The Garden of Recollection is opposing or keeping it secret because they WANTED it as a memory, not as a place on its own.
- Amphoreus has a LONG history. Time before the calamity titans, war of gods, gods go crazy, black tide encroaches, only Okhema left... It seems unlikely to be a time loop, and also probably CANT be due to the game mechanic of us following one Chrysos Heir at a time to fill out this booklet of their stories and the end goal of 'kill all titans'. doesn't work so well if halfway through you get reset.
- Due to that long history, people were born and have died here. Its population is not the same as when it began, therefore its not a memory but a world of its own. Similar to penacony where its not physical but still definitely exists.
- The Garden I'm less sure about, but I think they're solely in charge of keeping this place a secret. They've locked down March's memories, and clearly she's involved with this place somehow. They were trying to steal NOUS's memories, I suspect because they thought Herta had already discussed Amphoreus with them. It's only visible via Garden tech, but Black Swan says this is a personal mission, not a Garden one. Black Swan is a notable 'fuck around and find out' believer, so I think she's just curious about what's here.
- Killing Titans is not necessarily a good thing
- Either Dan Heng or TB (i cant remember which) questions who gave the prophecy and whether it should be followed early on in the quest. Aglaea says they don't know who gives it.
- Oronyx is still kicking. He's still talking in his temple, still giving his blessings, but he DESPERATELY opposes the Heirs' goals.
- Nikador too was still fine until getting corrupted by the black tide.
- If they kill Kephale it's lights out for Okhema
- I think Castorice will be the first to figure this out cuz like appreciating life and keeping things alive is kinda her whole deal so if Thanatos gives a half good apology I think she'll be like 'wait I dont wanna kill him hang on', but thats mostly a guess
- Side note: corrupted Aquila wont let you leave Amphoreus, thus also helping keep it a secret, which makes me wonder if the Garden isn't also involved with the corruption, but IDK
- Phainon's not from Amphoreus
- No one's heard of his hometown, he's lying about his name, and he's not got the same curse as the other Heirs.
- He knew Cyrene who likely created this place, and per Castorice kinda wants revenge for his town's destruction. If he IS from Amphoreus, thus the town got destroyed by either a Titan or the black tide, then that revenge would probably look exactly like what he's doing now killing Titans as an Heir, but that's a contradiction.
- Also side note i need to watch this man spiral into despair and lose his humanity in slow and excruciating detail please and thank you. I think right now we're looking at the Anakin to Kevin's Darth Vader
- Various smaller ones
- If Elio's not the cat then I think WE might be them, cuz there's otherwise zero record of TB being a Stellaron Hunter (no wanted posters or bounty) despite us being there at least longer than SW and obviously Elio didn't appear in our memories.
- Amphoreus being essentially an Aeon scale 'Simulated Universe' would make Herta the perfect person to help
- Ratio's appearance is not a bug. It hasn't shown up in the bug notes anywhere, and obviously 'he's from amphoreus' has been a theory for a WHILE so it would have to be one hell of a coincidence
- March's illness is a Garden induced fail-safe against her discovering Amphoreus
- It's powered by stellaron. We're 4/4 for stellarons on worlds so far, and from what we know of stellarons, they are used to make wishes come true, and they echo the past. Only problem is the timing, unless time is flowing differently inside Amphoreus vs outside.
- Wait but what's the third path?? I HAVE! No idea! Still guessing Enigmata since its related to both erudition and remembrance, and Dan Heng says he doesn't think Destruction, but otherwise I've got nothing!
If you read all that i am very impressed but thank you for coming to my tedtalk. There will probably be more once I've done the sidequests. I was impressed by 3.0! It seemed nicely put together storywise and I really hope they dont rewrite it halfway through like penacony cuz it seems like they've got a good thing going here.
Top Comment: The fact that Black Swan name dropped Enigmata along two others when talking about the third unknown one makes me think that it will be neither of those three. It is just a feeling that isnt founded on anything concrete. I place my bet on Finality right now.
